Mango Holidays Limited is hereinafter called “the company” “us” or “we”. All holidays and short breaks offered by the company are sold subject to the following conditions:

1.Your Travel Booking: You must be 18 years old and above and be the parent or legal guardian of any children booked on a Mango Holiday. When you, or your travel agent, ask for your booking to be confirmed, we provisionally set aside your chosen accommodation, holiday or transport for you. We will confirm the reservation on receipt of a completed booking form and appropriate deposit payment. We will send you a confirmation invoice showing the balance due and the payment due date which is normally 9 weeks prior to the departure date. Where the booking is made less than 9 weeks prior to departure the full payment will be due at the time of booking.

  1. The price you pay: Before your booking is confirmed we reserve the right to change the price. We shall absorb the first 2% of any price rises. You have the right to withdraw from the booking at this stage if you do not accept the price revision. The contract will exist when you have accepted or not objected to the price revision and a confirmation invoice has been issued.
  2. A significant change or if we cancel your booking: (a significant change does not include a change of carrier, transport or named accommodation). If there is an increase in the price of your holiday by more than 10 % of the holiday price (this would only arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as increased transport costs, increased taxes, exchange rate changes), then you may: a) cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any monies paid to us provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of us notifying you on the price change or b) accept our offer of a replacement holiday of lower quality (if available) and we will refund the difference in cost or c) choose a replacement holiday at an equivalent or higher cost and pay the additional cost of the holiday. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. If you decide to accept a refund, we will not be liable to refund to you any costs you may have incurred as a result of your booking (e.g. Vaccinations, train tickets, airport hotels and parking).
  3. If you cancel your holiday: Charges are based on how many weeks before your booked departure we receive your written cancellation notice. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against irrecoverable cancellation costs. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable for the following cancellation charges:
More than 63 days before departure, we will retain your deposit. Between 43 and 62 days before departure, 75% of the cost of the holiday. Less than 43 days before departure, 100% of the cost of the holiday. The holiday cost in the above schedule is the holiday cost including any relevant supplements.
