At Ventura Holidays we do not accept online payments.

We do not store any financial information supplied by you during the course of a booking a holiday with Ventura. Any financial information provided by you for payments taken over the phone using credit or debit cards, is destroyed once payment has been processed.

We may wish communicate with you via email or phone and or keep you updated with our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive these updates via email, you may opt-out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the message. You can opt-in in future if you wish to receive these updates again.

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 and do not share, sell or rent personal information to any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.

Information we collect about you

When you contact Ventura in the course of providing a service to you, such as an enquiry or booking, Ventura Holidays may collect and hold personal information such as:

Your name, date of birth, gender, postal address, telephone number, email address, passport details, medical information and travel insurance details (where applicable). Details of the products and services you have purchased from us or which you have enquired about, together with any additional information necessary to deliver those products and services and to respond to your enquiries.
