How to Book

When you have chosen your Mango Single Parent Holiday you should select the ‘Book Now’ button on the holiday page and complete the online Booking Form. You will receive an automated email advising you that we will contact you regarding payment. There will also be a PDF of our Terms & Conditions for you to download. If you are eager to secure your booking immediately please ring our office and ask us for a full quotation (with or without flights) we can reserve the holiday for a few days whilst you confirm all the arrangements and book your flights (if you are booking your own flights)

Deposit Required

The deposit required is normally £300 per person or in some cases 50% of the total cost of your holiday.

Early Booking Incentives

Sometimes we are able to offer a discount for Booking your holiday early. If you book your February Half Term Ski holiday before the end of September the previous year we offer an Early Booking Discount.

You can pay your deposit or the full payment by credit or debit card or if you have internet or telephone banking, you can make your payment by bank transfer. Please ask for our bank details in order to make a payment by bank transfer. If you make your payment by credit card there may be additional charges. Debit cards do not incur a charge.

Holiday Confirmation

As soon as we receive your booking form and you have paid your deposit, we will send you confirmation of payments received and details of the final balance payment. Where applicable we will attach your ATOL certificate (for all holidays which include a flight).

Your Financial Protection

Your money is perfectly safe. In accordance with EC regulations, your payment to us for holidays including flights are fully protected under our Partner (Intrepid Travel) bonding agreement, through the Civil Aviation Authority, who issue the Air Tour Operator’s Licence ATOL. Their Licence number is 6352. For more details please visit www.atol.org.uk to check out any Tour Operator’s Licence. In addition the UK’s Package Tour Regulations require us to hold any money paid by clients in a Trust Account and your money is only released from this account once your holiday is complete.

Cancellation

If Mango Holidays cancels a holiday on which you are booked, you may be offered an alternative holiday but in any case, you will always be entitled to a full refund on any money paid to Mango Holidays Limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday, you should advise us immediately in writing (See our Terms and Conditions) and we will advise you of the cancellation charge as per our Terms and Conditions. You may be able to transfer to another holiday or another departure date.

Holiday Insurance

It is a condition of travel for overseas holidays that you take out Holiday Insurance. We also advise you take out holiday insurance as soon as you book in case you have to cancel prior to the holiday taking place (Please see our cancellation policy in Terms & Conditions).

Airport Parking with or without an overnight stay

If you require parking and/or an overnight stay before your flight, Mango holidays have teamed up with Holiday Extras, a company that offers very competitive prices for both. It is often just as cheap as or cheaper to book a hotel with parking than just parking.

Final Balance

The final balance is due 9 weeks before departure. When we  confirm your booking, we will advise you of the date the final balance is due. We do not send out reminder invoices. You should ensure that you make the final payment on or before the due day (see our Terms and Conditions).

Two to three weeks before departure we will send out a set of joining details. These will give you all the information you will need.
