For the second year we are holding prices down. 2008 prices are the same as 2006 and the lower child price is now available up to aged 16.

Prices are based on flights from Southampton - regional flight supplements from other airports may apply, which we anticipate at £20 per person.

Flights are available from many regional airports such as Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Coventry. Doncaster-Sheffield, Norwich.

**Please note the local payment is part of the holiday cost and is payable to the Mango co-ordinator on arrival in resort. We have to make some payments in cash in resort and by collecting this part of the holiday cost in this way we are able to keep our overall prices down.

Prices include flights, transfers, half board accommodation and a Mango co-ordinator who will be with the group. Each morning after breakfast the co-ordinator will meet up with the group and will organise a programme of activities and visits. There will also be a get together before dinner so that the group can go into the dining room and eat together.

We will be staying half board at the Mayfair Hotel in St Helier, Jersey. The hotel has recently been officially upgraded to a three star hotel and is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from the bustling shops of St Helier and a ten minute stroll from the beach at Havre des Pas.

Within the hotel there is an indoor swimming pool that is heated all year round. This is great fun for all ages. Alternatively, unwind in the jacuzzi beside the pool or relax in the adjacent steamroom There is a fully equipped gymnasium that has 21 independent exercise machines along with some free weights to work all parts of the body. There is also a games room situated near the swimming pool, with a toddlers play area.

All bedrooms are en-suite and have TV, radio and tea and coffee making facilities. The evening meals are served in the spacious dining room. Vegetarians are well catered for. The Mayfair Hotel is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Jersey. There is the famous Jersey Zoo, as well as aMaizin Maze - a children's adventure park, Aquasplash Leisure Pool in St Helier as well as many other attractions. The hotel provides a courtesy bus into St Helier where we can go to the beach and organise beach games.

There are many beaches on the island that can be easily reached, and there is also the opportunity to take a boat trip to France which is only 14 miles away. This can be arranged through the Mango co-ordinator.

Mango Holidays sometimes referred to as MangoKids run holidays for single parents with their children. Small families with just one or two children are often penalised by the big tour operators who charge for two adults. Mango is the only tour operator to offer a discount to these small families for all children up to the age of 16 travelling with just one adult.
